NexxAutos ships throughout the contiguous United States. We manage full end-to-end logistics from a certified commercial network to ensure heavy or delicate automotive parts reach you securely.

  • Fulfillment & Processing Time 
    Standard Processing: Orders take 2 to 3 business days to prepare, test, pack, and verify tracking info.
     

  • Shipping Transit & Estimates

  • Once processed and handed over to the carrier, total transit time takes 5 to 7 business days. Your Total Delivery Window is 8 to 10 business days.

  • Standard Items (Mirrors, Headlights, Alternators): Shipped via standard ground carriers (UPS or FedEx). Tracking updates are emailed automatically upon dispatch.

  • Oversized Freight (Engines, Transmissions, Axles, Doors): Shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Freight.

Every shipment is backed by our 24-month performance warranty and remote mechanic logistical support.

Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Window: You may cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placement.

  • Process: To cancel, please email us immediately at support@nexxautos.com or call our team.

  • After 2 Hours: Because we source components directly through an expedited marketplace network, orders canceled after 2 hours enter the sourcing, harvesting, and packaging phase. Cancellations requested after this window but before shipment will incur a 15% restocking/procurement fee. Shipped orders cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your tracking number confirms delivery.

  • Eligibility & Condition: To qualify for a return, parts must be in their original received condition, uninstalled, unmodified, and free of grease, tool marks, or signs of installation attempt. All original tags, markings, or security seals applied by the sourcing yard must remain intact.

  • Exemptions:

    • Electrical Components: Electronic control modules (ECMs/PCMs), wiring harnesses, sensors, and altered electrical parts are non-returnable once plugged in or unsealed, due to risk of vehicle-side electrical shorts.

    • Custom Cuts: Body panels or chassis sections specifically cut to your specified dimensions cannot be returned.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Customer Fault (Ordered Wrong Part/Changed Mind): The buyer is responsible for return shipping arrangements and costs. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund to cover provider logistics and original handling costs.

  • NexxAutos Fault (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Part): If we ship the wrong part or it arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will issue a pre-paid return shipping label and provide a full refund or a free replacement swap.

  • While we make every effort to display accurate cross-compatibility information, the final responsibility for confirming the correct part fitment (via OEM part number comparison or VIN matching) rests solely with the buyer.

  • We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or inventory listing changes at any time without prior notice.

Section 3 - Payment & Billing Practices

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions at NexxAutos. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order placed with us that exhibits characteristics of high fraud risk, commercial reseller scale, or processing discrepancies flagged by our payment gateway.

Section 4 - Core Charges (If Applicable)

Certain mechanical components (such as specific engines, transmissions, or steering racks) may involve a "core charge." This is a refundable deposit placed on the rebuildable cast component. If a core charge applies, terms for returning your old part assembly for a core refund will be provided on your specific invoice.

Section 5 - Limitation of Liability

In no case shall NexxAutos, our directors, employees, or sourcing partners be liable for any incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, labor costs incurred during part installation, towing fees, vehicle rental fees, or track delays resulting from the use of, or inability to use, parts purchased from our platform.

Section 6 - Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any transaction agreements through https://www.nexxautos.com/ shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
